When your shopping is complete, click the [Proceed to Checkout] button. This screen displays the shipping address. Make sure the information is correct. To enter a different shipping address, click on “New Address” from the drop down menu of the “Address Book” and enter the correct information.
Click the [Proceed to Shipping Calculation] button. Select your payment option. Provide any additional instructions or comments in the “Comment Box.” Click the [Checkout] button.
Once your order is complete you will receive an order confirmation from ChainGallery.com.

After your order is received by ChainGallery®, should any item be out of stock, you will be notified. You will have the option to either back order or receive a refund for that item.
RETURNS
All orders are custom cut per customer’s specifications. All products are described as accurately as possible including the measurements, finish and/or color. Please read product descriptions carefully.
Once cut, product cannot be returned.
PRODUCT CARE
Avoid chemical solutions, perfumes, excessive sweat, ocean
water and pool water. Salt water and chlorine can damage your products. Lotions
and sprays may create a film on product, making it dull.
