Payments:

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.
For orders within the United States, we also accept Personal Checks, Money Orders and Bank Checks. We wait for checks to clear before shipping your order. Michigan residents pay 6% sales tax.

Privacy:

Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Simply put, we do not share your personal information with anyone. ChainGallery L.L.C. does not sell customer addresses or email addresses. We keep your information on file simply to process your orders as well as to keep you informed of promotions, new products, and informational newsletters. Our servers are PCI compliant and are monitored and scanned daily. We follow full SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. We use cookies to connect you to your shopping cart, so you can return to it at any time.

Out of Stock Items:

Should any item become out of stock after your order is received, we will notify you and you will have the option of backorder or refund for that part of your order.

Returns:

It is most important that you read descriptions of chain. All chains are described as accurately as possible including the measurements. Once cut, chain cannot be returned.

Shipping:

All United States orders are shipped USPS. Domestic orders receive an email confirmation and tracking number when your order ships. International orders are shipped First Class International airmail. Insurance and registered shipping is optional on all orders.

Once goods are purchased, it shall constitute a waiver of liability for all claims. Beads and chain can be a choking/strangling hazard for children under 10 years of age and pets.
